AKSAMAGNET TMS, ITS, BDS AND RMS

Concept:

  • The Roll Separators include a magnetic roll made of magnetic rings interlaced with Steel rings. The pole pitch can be adjusted to the application. The material can be fed on a Kevlar anti-static belt. The drum Separators have a drum with a shell rotating around a fixed magnetic sector

Benefits:

  • Can be fitted with Ferrite or Rare Earth magnets. Configuration can be set to achieve magnetic field from 400 up to 14,000 Gauss (22,000 Gauss Peak value on magnets) with high gradient. Can accept particles up to 40mm when material fed directly on Kevlar belt or drum. There is a Cobber model accepting particles up to 300mm where the drum is covered with rubber belt part of a conveyor

Applications:

  • Weak Para-magnetic material concentration (i.e. Mineral Sands)
  • Separation of dry materials with different magnetic susceptibility
  • Removing of Iron contaminant (Cleaning of industrial sands and abrasives)
  • Iron Ore (Magnetite, Hematite) process

 

 

AKSAMAGNET OVERBELTS / CONES AND GRIDS

Concept:

  • Ferrite magnets or rare earth magnets
  • can be electromagnetic or permanent
  • With or without self cleaning systems

Benefits:

  • Can be customized in size and in magnetic field intensity

Applications:

  • Metallic rods and parts removal
  • Coarse, medium or fine iron and steel contamination in powders

AKSAMAGNET SMS DRUM

Concept:

  • The drum separators have a drum with a shell rotating around a fixed magnetic sector. Concurrent ant Counter rotation tanks can be offered

Benefits:

  • Can be fitted with Ferrite or Rare Earth magnets. Configuration can be set to achieve magnetic field from 400 up to 14,000 with high gradient

Applications:

  • Magnetite recovery in Coal washing
  • HM recovery in DMS
  • Iron Ore (Magnetite) process

 

 

AKSAMAGNET YMS WHEEL

Concept:

  • Unique concept of a rotating vertical wheel with canisters or sectors travelling in an area where electromagnetic field can reach 20,000 Gauss

Benefits:

  • Fine weak paramagnetic particles can be separated. High concentration ratio and high recovery

Applications:

  • Hematite, Ilmenite, Wolframite, Limonite, …
