ITECA CROSS BELT SAMPLER PBA

Concept:

  • The Cross-Belt Sampler PBA is designed to collect product from a moving conveyor belt. The cutter is mounted on a rotary arm. When the arm rotates, the cutter pushes the product out of the belt into a collecting hopper. This sampler is neither compliant with Sampling Theories nor with minerals sampling standards

Benefits:

  • Easy installation (onto a conveyor belt)

Applications:

  • Generally all product where sampling theories, representativeness or sampling standards are not requested or in Coal

 

 

ITECA ROTARY CUTTER TRUE SAMPLER PGR

Concept:

  • The Rotary Cutter Sampler PGR is designed in compliance with Sampling Theories and Sampling Standards. The cutter travels through the whole stream of product at a constant speed and collects a full cross-section

Benefits:

  • Sampler compliant with sampling theories and international standards, easy installation (between two flanges)

Applications:

  • Generally all minerals: Iron ore, Manganese, Gold, Uranium, Bauxite, Coal, …

ITECA LINEAR BUCKET CUTTER TRUE SAMPLER EGTR

Concept:

  • The Linear Bucket Cutter Sampler EGTR is designed in compliance with Sampling Theories and Sampling Standards. In the park position, the top of the bucket is downwards. It travels to its opposite position and turns to be upward. Then, the buckets crosses the whole stream of product at a constant speed and collects a full cross-section. When it comes back at its first position, the bucket turns again and the product is discharged in a collecting hopper

Benefits:

  • Sampler compliant with sampling theories and international standards, easy installation and needs very little available space
